Subscription Terms

Recurring product orders

Effective October 21, 2026. These terms apply when an authorized business representative chooses a subscription schedule for a DRIPLOC product. They supplement the payment, shipping, and account terms that otherwise apply to each order.

A subscription is not activated by account creation, a prior WooCommerce record, or an ordinary one-time order. It begins only after a customer selects a subscription and separately accepts the recurring-order authorization at checkout.

1. Authorization

By accepting the recurring-order authorization, you confirm that you have authority to enroll the business. You authorize DRIPLOC to create each scheduled order and either charge the saved card or issue an invoice under the approved payment terms selected at checkout.

2. Product, quantity, price, and schedule

The checkout and confirmation email identify the subscribed product, quantity, price, schedule, payment method, ship-to address, and first future processing date. The enrollment price is snapshotted and is not silently replaced by a later catalog price. A material change requires notice and any authorization required by applicable law.

3. Renewal reminders

DRIPLOC sends a reminder approximately seven days before each scheduled processing date to the subscription email on file. The reminder identifies the product, quantity, renewal amount, payment method, scheduled date, and a way to manage or cancel the subscription. You remain responsible for maintaining a working email address and reviewing the account.

4. Cancellation

Cancel before the scheduled processing date to stop the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals. If DRIPLOC has already begun processing an order or the order has shipped, that order remains payable and cancellation applies to later renewals. DRIPLOC sends a cancellation confirmation; keep it for your records.

5. Card and Net 30 payment

For card subscriptions, you authorize the saved card to be charged for each scheduled order. For approved Net 30 subscriptions, each renewal creates an invoice governed by the account's approved terms and credit controls. Past-due status, an expired approval, or an insufficient credit limit may pause or stop a renewal. A disputed invoice is not automatically canceled merely because the underlying subscription is later canceled.

6. Returns after processing or shipment

Do not refuse or discard a shipment without contacting DRIPLOC. Call 1-877-DRIPLOC or email info@driploc.com for an RMA and instructions.

Contact DRIPLOC promptly for return authorization before sending a product back. When a return results from a late cancellation, duplicate ordering, or other customer decision, the customer is responsible for reasonable return freight and any restocking charge disclosed before the return is approved, to the extent permitted by law. DRIPLOC is responsible for return freight when DRIPLOC shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged or defective. Product condition, safety restrictions, custom configuration, and applicable law may affect return eligibility.

7. Records and questions

DRIPLOC keeps the accepted terms version, disclosure snapshot, acceptance time, accepting account, payment choice, subscription record, reminders, cancellation time, orders, invoices, and fulfillment records. Contact info@driploc.com or 1-877-DRIPLOC with questions or to report an account-access issue.
