This is a DRIPLOC-managed program, not a traditional equipment purchase. The Statement of Expectations keeps everyone clear about what DRIPLOC handles and what we ask the customer to handle.
Soak Tank and Soap Program Statement of Expectations
Version 2026-10-22
This plain-language Statement of Expectations explains the Soak Tank and Soap Program between DRIPLOC and the enrolling business customer.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS
The customer pays a $395 enrollment charge and chooses an initial commitment of 12 months at $129 per month, 24 months at $109 per month, or 36 months at $89 per month. The first 90 days are a paid trial and count as the first three months of the selected commitment. The initial shipment contains one DRIPLOC-owned QQ1100-1 Soak Tank and one QQ1600-1 soap. One QQ1600-1 soap ships each month while the program remains active. After the initial commitment, the program continues monthly at the same selected rate until canceled; no new minimum commitment begins.
90-DAY PAID TRIAL
Monthly charges apply during the trial. The customer may cancel during the trial without an early-termination charge. The enrollment charge and monthly charges already incurred are not prorated or refunded. The customer pays return freight and returns the clean QQ1100 tank within 30 calendar days after DRIPLOC sends return instructions.
EQUIPMENT OWNERSHIP AND INITIAL DELIVERY
After successful payment, acceptance of these expectations, and approval of the enrollment information, DRIPLOC sends one QQ1100-1 tank and one QQ1600-1 soap. The tank and other items identified as returnable program equipment remain DRIPLOC property. The enrollment charge and recurring payments are program charges, not installment payments or a purchase price, and do not transfer ownership of the tank.
SOAP REPLENISHMENT AND CHEMICAL SAFETY
DRIPLOC schedules one QQ1600-1 soap shipment each month while the program is active. The customer must keep its ship-to information current and use and store the soap according to the product label and current Safety Data Sheet, keep the Safety Data Sheet available at the location, use required personal protective equipment, and never mix or use the product contrary to its directions. Unused soap does not reduce program charges, and soap already shipped is not returnable unless DRIPLOC authorizes the return.
SAFE USE AND EQUIPMENT CARE
The customer agrees to use the tank, valves, fittings, and soap only for their intended commercial cleaning purpose; follow operating, cleaning, safety, and maintenance instructions; protect the equipment from theft, misuse, unauthorized changes, avoidable damage, freezing, and loss; and stop using equipment that appears unsafe or is not operating correctly. The customer must keep its contact, service-location, shipping, and payment information current and must not discard DRIPLOC-owned equipment without written authorization.
SUPPORT, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT
When a tank, valve, fitting, or other covered component is damaged or not operating correctly, the customer should contact DRIPLOC, describe the problem, and provide requested photographs or diagnostic information. DRIPLOC may provide troubleshooting, send a covered part, authorize repair, or replace the tank. If DRIPLOC determines that a tank cannot reasonably be repaired, it may give written instructions to discard or recycle it and may send a replacement. A replacement may be new or professionally inspected and serviceable. Replacement does not create a new agreement, restart the commitment, or change the billing schedule.
WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT
Program payments include ordinary repair or replacement support for failures and normal wear during intended use, subject to DRIPLOC assessment. DRIPLOC pays standard outbound freight and any return freight it requires for covered service. Coverage does not include loss, theft, intentional damage, unauthorized alteration, misuse, improper storage, operation contrary to instructions, unauthorized disposal, or failure to follow return or disposition instructions. For excluded but repairable damage, the customer is responsible for documented repair cost and related freight, capped at the then-current replacement price. For loss, theft, destruction, unauthorized disposal, or non-return, DRIPLOC may assess the then-current replacement price of the same or a reasonably comparable tank, plus applicable tax and freight, only after written notice and at least 10 calendar days to cure. Program payments are not credited toward purchase of the tank.
BILLING, PRICING, AND CONTINUATION
The customer authorizes DRIPLOC and its payment processor to store the selected payment method and automatically charge the selected monthly rate. Program enrollment and recurring charges use the same published program prices for every customer and are not eligible for customer-group or promotional discounts. After the selected initial commitment, billing and monthly soap shipments continue one month at a time until canceled. The recurring rate will not increase while enrollment remains continuous unless the customer affirmatively agrees to the change. Applicable taxes and separately approved freight, damage, loss, non-return, or optional-product charges are separate. If payment fails, DRIPLOC may notify the customer, retry the authorized method, suspend future soap or non-safety support shipments, or end the program after appropriate notice.
CANCELLATION AND FINAL RETURN
The customer may request cancellation online, by email, or by telephone. During the 90-day trial there is no early-termination charge. After the trial and before the selected commitment is complete, the early-termination charge is the lesser of $250 or the remaining scheduled recurring charges in that commitment. After the commitment, cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid monthly period. The customer must thoroughly wash and flush the tank, pay normal cancellation return freight, and return it within 30 calendar days after DRIPLOC sends return instructions. Billing and future soap shipments stop on the recorded cancellation date and do not continue only because the tank is in transit, but accrued charges and valid damage, loss, or non-return obligations remain due. DRIPLOC may end the program after notice for nonpayment or a material failure to follow these expectations, and the same return duties apply.
ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
The person accepting these expectations represents that they are authorized to bind the customer. Checkout records the signer information, selected plan, exact agreement version and text, acceptance time, and technical evidence. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. A later revision does not replace the version already accepted unless the customer accepts the new version or a lawful change is made with the required notice.
