This is a DRIPLOC-managed program, not a traditional equipment purchase. The Statement of Expectations keeps everyone clear about what DRIPLOC handles and what we ask the customer to handle.
Mini Spinner Rental Exchange Program Statement of Expectations
Version 2026-10-22
This plain-language Statement of Expectations explains the Mini Spinner Easy Exchange Program between DRIPLOC and the enrolling business customer.
IMPORTANT PROGRAM TERMS
The customer pays a $295 enrollment charge and selects either $60 monthly billing or $150 billing every three months. Both choices have a 12-month initial commitment beginning on initial delivery. The AA1500-1 Mini Spinner remains DRIPLOC property. After the initial commitment, the program continues at the same selected rate and billing schedule until canceled; no new minimum commitment begins.
INITIAL DELIVERY AND OWNERSHIP
After successful payment, acceptance of these expectations, and approval of the enrollment information, DRIPLOC sends one AA1500-1 Mini Spinner Surface Cleaner. No soap, accessories, or other merchandise are included unless checkout lists them separately. The enrollment charge and recurring payments are program charges, not installment payments or a purchase price, and do not transfer ownership of the equipment.
SAFE USE AND EQUIPMENT CARE
The customer agrees to use the Mini Spinner only for its intended commercial cleaning purpose with compatible equipment and the correct setup; follow operating, safety, inspection, and maintenance instructions; protect it from theft, misuse, unauthorized changes, avoidable damage, freezing, and loss; and stop using it if it appears unsafe or is not operating correctly. The customer must keep its contact, service-location, shipping, and payment information current.
SUPPORT, REPAIR, AND EXCHANGE
When the Mini Spinner is damaged or not operating correctly, the customer should contact DRIPLOC, describe the problem, and provide requested photographs or diagnostic information. DRIPLOC may provide troubleshooting, send a covered part, authorize repair, or approve an equipment exchange. DRIPLOC determines the appropriate remedy from the reported condition and available evidence. A replacement may be new or professionally inspected and serviceable; a brand-new or identical unit is not guaranteed.
EXCHANGE RETURN PROCEDURE
For an approved exchange, DRIPLOC ordinarily ships the replacement in reusable packaging with a prepaid return label. The customer removes the replacement, places the replaced unit in that packaging, secures it, applies the provided label, and tenders it to the designated carrier within 10 calendar days after replacement delivery. The assigned unit number may change. An exchange does not create a new agreement, restart the commitment, or change the billing schedule.
WHAT IS COVERED AND WHAT IS NOT
Program payments include ordinary repair or exchange support for failures and normal wear during intended use, subject to DRIPLOC assessment. DRIPLOC pays standard outbound freight and required return freight for a covered exchange. Coverage does not include loss, theft, intentional damage, unauthorized alteration, misuse, operation contrary to instructions, or failure to return replaced equipment. For excluded but repairable damage, the customer is responsible for documented repair cost and related freight, capped at the then-current replacement price. For loss, theft, destruction, or non-return, DRIPLOC may assess the then-current retail replacement price of the same or a reasonably comparable unit, plus applicable tax and freight, only after written notice and at least 10 calendar days to cure. Program payments are not credited toward purchase of the equipment.
BILLING, PRICING, AND CONTINUATION
The customer authorizes DRIPLOC and its payment processor to store the selected payment method and automatically charge $60 each month or $150 every three months according to the choice made at checkout. Program enrollment and recurring charges use the same published program prices for every customer and are not eligible for customer-group or promotional discounts. After the initial commitment, billing continues one selected billing period at a time until canceled. The recurring rate will not increase while enrollment remains continuous unless the customer affirmatively agrees to the change. Applicable taxes and separately approved freight, damage, loss, non-return, or optional-product charges are separate. If payment fails, DRIPLOC may notify the customer, retry the authorized method, suspend non-safety support or replacement shipments, or end the program after appropriate notice.
CANCELLATION AND FINAL RETURN
The customer may request cancellation online, by email, or by telephone. Before the 12-month initial commitment is complete, the early-termination charge is the lesser of $250 or the remaining scheduled recurring charges in that commitment. After the commitment, cancellation is effective at the end of the then-current paid billing period. The customer pays normal cancellation return freight and returns the Mini Spinner within 30 calendar days after DRIPLOC sends return instructions. Billing stops on the recorded cancellation date and does not continue only because equipment is in transit, but accrued charges and valid damage, loss, or non-return obligations remain due. DRIPLOC may end the program after notice for nonpayment or a material failure to follow these expectations, and the same return duties apply.
ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE AND RECORDS
The person accepting these expectations represents that they are authorized to bind the customer. Checkout records the signer information, selected plan, exact agreement version and text, acceptance time, and technical evidence. Electronic acceptance has the same effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law. A later revision does not replace the version already accepted unless the customer accepts the new version or a lawful change is made with the required notice.
