DRIPLOC Inc. was founded by President Barry Wagner and Vice President Paul Cairns of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Barry Wagner, owner of Wagners Restaurant Service, Inc. has been serving restaurants for over 10 years. Wagners Restaurant Services, Inc. specializes in cleaning grease exhaust systems. Paul Cairns, owner of Cairns Manufacturing, has been manufacturing restaurant service equipment for 27 years. Cairns Manufacturing developed the first concrete surface cleaner used by service companies across the United States.

In 2002, Wagner and Cairns formed a partnership and developed DRIPLOC Inc. DRIPLOC specializes in rooftop grease containment. DRIPLOC is committed to solving this common problem in the restaurant industry. DRIPLOC produces three primary types of grease containment systems. Each grease containment system is custom manufactured to fit the various exhaust fans on restaurants. The three containment systems are the DRIPLOC Pail, DRIPLOC Rack, and the DRIPLOC 360 degree perimeter system. In addition to the grease containment systems, DRIPLOC produces exhaust fan hinge kits and specialized products for the grease exhaust cleaning industry. DRIPLOC sells its various products directly to restaurants, service companies, and to DRIPLOC Service for worldwide applications.

In 2004, DRIPLOC developed a nationwide service division. DRIPLOC Service provides various solutions to restaurant rooftop grease problems across the United States. DRIPLOC Service offers regular service to restaurants. DRIPLOC Service primarily uses the three types DRIPLOC grease containment systems, however DRIPLOC is committed to utilizing whatever solution it requires to minimize rooftop grease problems.
